Can I combine services in one invoice?
Yes — rooms, halls, casino hire and catering land on a single itemised invoice. Bundles of three services or more take the seasonal rate, and the events desk will draft the quote the same day.
What deposits do you take?
Stays take one night's rate; events take 25% on signing with the balance due seven days prior. Full terms live on the terms page.
How is 18+ enforced at private events?
Every guest on your list is ID-checked at a dedicated entry lane — the same protocol as the main floor. Lists close two hours before doors for exactly this reason.
What AV comes with hall hire?
Dual projectors, line-array sound, six radio mics, stage lighting rig and a resident technician. Streamers and hybrid rigs we politely refuse — the house is proudly offline.
A drawer we didn't open?
The events desk answers bespoke questions in person or by phone — usually within the hour.
