Deluxe Rooms —
sleep like the house is yours.
Twenty-eight garden-view rooms in the wing furthest from the floor: queen beds, blackout drapes, courtyard light and a silence you can set your watch by. Breakfast for two comes standard.
26 m² — laid out for sleep, not for meetings.
Nº 28 — rooms, all on the courtyard side of the house.
12:00 — checkout, extended to 14:00 on quiet Sundays.
The room, read closely
Built for the morning after the night before.
Every Deluxe Room sits in the quiet wing — two corridors and a set of double doors away from the Emerald Floor, so the only thing you'll hear at 3 a.m. is the courtyard fountain. Beds are Australian-made pocket-spring queens with linen changed daily, and the blackout drapes are properly black.
Mornings are the point: light arrives through garden-facing windows, breakfast lands in the Green Room or at your door until 11:00, and checkout at noon is generous on purpose. Guests staying on event nights get priority cloakroom and a dedicated guest-host line — part of the full service menu, all delivered in person like everything else at HappyGlimpse.
Breakfast, both ways
Green Room buffet until 11:00, or a courtyard tray at your door — same price, no queue.
Two doors from silence
The quiet wing's air-handling is independent — no salon bass, no corridor chatter, ever.
What's in the room
Everything you need, nothing that beeps.
The queen setup
Pocket-spring queen, wool underlay, linen duvet and a pillow menu of six — from soft-down to chiropractor-firm.
Rain shower, big towels
Walk-in rain shower, 1000gsm towels, house-blend toiletries bottled on site — refilled, never single-use.
The honesty bar
Local teas, fresh coffee, a mini-cellar of four wines and two whiskies — tallied on checkout, no minibar theatre.
Tech that stays out of the way
Fibre wi-fi for the morning email, a 55-inch screen behind an art panel for those who want it, and zero smart-speakers listening in. The room is deliberately offline in spirit — like the rest of the house, described on our about page.
The reel
Walk the room before you walk it.

Deluxe questions
Asked at the desk, answered here.
No. The quiet wing is separated by two corridors and has independent air-handling — sound tests run below library levels even on tournament nights.
Yes — for two guests, every morning of your stay: Green Room buffet until 11:00 or a courtyard tray at your door at your chosen time.
The whole venue is 18+ and every guest is ID-checked at check-in — it takes ten seconds and keeps the house properly licensed. Full detail in our terms of visit.
