The membership floor

The High-Roller Lounge — limits that start where floors end.

One floor above the Emerald salon: a private cashier, a dedicated host team and thirteen tables that begin where the main floor's limits stop. Membership is capped at two hundred and reviewed every season — this page is the invitation's front door.

The privileges

What a key quietly opens.

HG-VIP / cashier

The private cashier

Chip floats opened and settled behind the lounge's own grille — no queueing at the main cage, ever.

HG-VIP / hosts

A host who knows you

Named hosts, rotated rarely: your table, your pour, your tempo — remembered between visits without notes.

HG-VIP / tables

Thirteen quiet tables

Six blackjack, four baccarat, two roulette and a single heads-up poker table — all limits on request.

HG-VIP / the room

The room itself

Brass lamps, deep green felt, a whisky rail poured from the top shelf of the cellar wall, and an entrance that opens from the salon's back wall — most guests never notice it's there. The 200-member cap keeps it that way.

The named-host protocol

One host. Your whole evening.

Your host meets you at the salon's back wall, opens the lounge, sets your table and pour, and stays on call by a discreet pager — all night, every visit, until the membership changes hands.

Before the evening

  • Float pre-arranged to your pattern
  • Table held from 19:00, guests listed at the door

During the evening

  • Pours from the top of the cellar wall
  • Limits raised by the pit boss on your word

After the evening

  • Settlement in the lounge, car called to the back door
  • Next visit's preferences remembered — properly

The application arc

Four steps to a key.

STA.01

Enquire in person

Application opens at the concierge desk — we need to meet the member, not a form. Or start via the contact page.

STA.02

The floor conversation

A glass with the lounge manager: your play, your evenings, what you expect the floor to remember.

STA.03

Checks & references

Licence, ID and — for higher keys — a referee from the existing membership. Discretion both ways.

STA.04

The key ceremony

Handed over at the lounge door on your first hosted evening — the pager pairs to it that same night.

Membership questions

Asked at the door, answered here.

No — the floor is members and their listed guests only. Everyone else plays the Emerald Floor below, where the same dealers work the same felt. Day passes are deliberately not a thing; the cap of 200 is the product.

Each September the family reviews the register: attendance, standing, and whether the floor still feels like itself. Keys retire gracefully — we'd rather a quiet floor than a full one.

Guests are listed by name at the door, ID-checked like everyone in the house, and play on the member's float by arrangement. The member hosts; the floor hosts the member.

The lounge sits at the top of a deliberate ladder: rooms, suites, residences, then this. The whole services catalogue shares one crew, one licence and one standard — the key just moves you to the front of the house.
